Stainless Steel Crimped Wire Mesh

Crimped Wire Mesh is made by stainless steel wire and other alloy metal wires, something like: Pure nickel, Copper, Monel, Inconel, Hatelloy, FeGrAl, etc.
Weaving Patterns: Weaving after crimping.
This kind of wire mesh is identified from a wire crimped only in the points of intersection, before weaving. Crimped wire mesh is only made on request and the wire used may be round or square.

Product Features:

Crimped woven wire mesh offers great dimensional strength and stability, great resistance to abrasion, uniform openings and excellent anti-corrosion. It is usually used as quarry screen in mine, quarry and other industrial fields as sieving, grading and separating screening materials.

Plain Dutch Weave (PDW) Wire Mesh Cloth (Filter Screen)

WEAVING STYLE: Plain dutch weave

Our organization offers an extensive range of Plain Dutch Weave, which is highly appreciated for its light surfaced structure. The product has the ability to gain high levels of flow and marginal pressure drop. These are widely used for filter candles in edible oil refining, high mechanical loads for pre-coat filters, food and pharmaceutical filtration. We deliver superior quality PDW mesh, which is highly reckoned in woven wire filter cloths, stainless steel, metallic material and alloys.
Thanks to their closed surface, filtration occurs at the point where warp and weft join. Dutch weave is manufactured in plain weave pattern, whereby the warp wires are interwoven with a wider pitch than the weft wires. This significantly increases the strength of the mesh in comparison with square meshes.
The absolute aperture of the fabric is 5 µm(2300mesh) to 300 µm.
Anping Tianhao carries stock of plain dutch weave with these absolute openings made from 1.4301, 1.4401 stainless steel, which cover the majority of meshes required in the field of industrial filtration.
